What I Do

Research

I study how AI systems influence people, organizations, and decision-making, with a focus on bias and fairness. I use both computational and qualitative methods to analyze how AI is discussed and implemented, especially in hiring. My research explores the ethical and societal consequences of algorithmic technologies.

Management & Leadership

I study how leadership and management practices evolve in technology-driven organizations. I examine decision-making, governance, and human factors in AI-enabled workplaces. My focus is on aligning innovation, ethics, and organizational performance.

Associate Instructor

At the Indiana University Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering, my PhD centers on AI ethics and responsible AI. I examine how AI reshapes trust, power, and inequality across digital and workplace contexts. My goal is to contribute to more transparent, accountable, and human-centered AI systems.
